Additionally, Jonti-Craft guarantees customer satisfaction on all products. If you are not satisfied with any product simply call us at 800-394-9669 to have Jonti-Craft arrange for a replacement.
RETURNS: After an item is delivered any non-warranty returns must be pre-authorized by our Customer Service department and will incur a 20% restocking fee and prepaid freight.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY TIME: Jonti-Craft products are specialty products and are manufactured to order. Generally, from January-April, it takes 2-3 weeks to process orders. From May-September, it takes 3-4 weeks to process orders. From October-December, it takes 4-5 weeks to process orders. Then standard shipping takes an additional 5-8 working days for delivery. This is the manufacturer’s schedule and affects ALL internet stores retailing Jonti-Craft products. Please note this schedule can change at any time. If you have any questions regarding shipping time, please call us at 800-394-9669.
Please keep this in mind and allow sufficient time for delivery!
SHIPPING & HANDLING COST: A Shipping and Handling charge must be applied to all Jonti-Craft orders. Some items
must ship via freight/LTL carriers and thus the internet shipping charges applied to your order may be insufficient. If you think your order applies to this rule please let us know via email at edworks_help@yahoo.com. Please include the item number and title, quantity, and full shipping address.
